Mr. Del Vescovo worked with Project Architect, Peter Shaw, on this new home on New Pass while working on staff at JPA.

Mr. Del Vescovo worked along-side Mr. Shaw and drafted the exterior building components and interior building elements of this waterfront home.  He was also tasked with working with the team to create the Construction Document Set and assisted in developing and refining the home's details.

The curved geometry of the roof structure and ceiling creates a dramatic exterior profile and interior space.  Mr. Del Vescovo also worked on resolving the challenges of creating an evenly distributed lighting plan at the direction of Mr. Shaw.
