Mr. Del Vescovo worked with team Lead, Christopher McConnell, to renovate this home on New Pass while working on staff at JPA.

​

Mr. Del Vescovo co-designed and drafted the exterior and interior spaces including some of the home's most notable features such as the front elevation, the Observation Lounge and its exterior stairs which cascade into a reflecting pool along with many building components and interior spaces.

​

This was Mr. Del Vescovo's first project at JPA and was the project used for creating the Computer Aided Design standards for the office.
